These terms are the agreement between you and Guns for Eyes (“the game”). By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the game.

The game

Guns for Eyes is a free turn-based tactics game. We may add, change, or remove features, modes, and content over time to keep it running and improve it.

Your account

You can play anonymously on a device, or sign in with your email to keep your name, rank, and games across devices. You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep access to your sign-in email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in.

Fair play & conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, script, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or choose an offensive display name.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the game or its servers.

You can block or report another player from within a match or your friends list. We may review reports and may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Your content

Content you provide — such as your display name — must be yours to use and must follow the conduct rules above. We may remove or reset names that don't.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the account panel; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaks these terms.

No warranty

The game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guns for Eyes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. As a free game, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is nothing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be surfaced in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
